Having eaten at hundreds of Ramen restaurants as a ramen fanatic, this is DEFINITELY at the top of the list. If you skip this restaurant, you're doing yourself a disservice.Personally I think a good shio ramen (salt) is hard to come by that has enough flavor and umph. I've had plenty and none breach my top 5, but this does it. Extra toppings are worth it as well, the savory broth with fresh chicken, lettuce, and a lemon you should juice once you've gotten a handle on the broth.There was 0 wait when I went, and it's pretty easy to tell what the specialty is from the ticket machine. Only a few minutes walk from the train is a plus. Don't miss out.
